Support more than 200 free bicycle programs in Longmont

Bicycle Longmont encourages cycling in our community with more than 200 free rides, events, and programs each year.  From community cruising with Longmont Bike Night to hosting and supporting meet-up rides, to the Bike Valet at Farmer's Market and more, Bicycle Longmont strives to keep costs of all our activities down to encourage the greatest access.

Support advocacy projects thoughout Longmont

Bicycle Longmont will be working on several new and continuing bicycle advocacy projects in 2012. 

 

We are always looking to open up Open space and public lands to cycling, supporting the City's Complete Streets projects, adding infrastructure to support safe cycling, and advocacy projects in other areas. 

Discounts to Bicycle Longmont and League events

Bicycle Longmont will now offer member-only discounts to our events, including the Film Festival and G'Knight Ride.  In addition, we will be offering member-only pre-sales to these events, special incentives, and prizes for 2012!

 

The League of American Bicyclists also offers a variety of discounted events and rides throughout the year, including National Rally, the National Bike Summit and the BikeEd: The Conference.

100% Affiliate of the League of American Bicyclists

Bicycle Longmont is a 100% affiliate of the League of American Bicyclists (LAB), All Bicycle Longmont members become LAB members with all LAB benefits.

 

The League of American Bicyclists is the nation's leading bicycle advocacy organization.  Its mission is to promote bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation and work through advocacy and education for a bicycle-friendly America. 

 

 THE LAB's programs include Bicycle Friendly America (States, Communities, and Businesses), safety and education programs, national advocacy, and national sponsorship of Bike to Work day.

Show your League of American Bicyclists membership card (will arrive in the mail following your membership registration), and get discounts on everything from appetizers (restaurants) to ZZZs (hotel stays).
