[BikeLongmont] police policy on stops?

Many cyclists in order to avoid clipping out and putting a foot down
will either do a rolling stop through a stop sign, or a track stand if a
complete stop is necessary.
Does anybody know the Longmont Police policy regarding stopping and
bicycles? Is a track stand good enough? What about a "rolling stop" if
sight lines are good and conditions are safe to proceed? Or do they like
to see a foot on the ground at all stop signs? And what about right on
red without stopping when going onto a bike lane, again if the way is clear?
Ditto questions for the Boulder Sheriff.
I ask because a Longmont PD car southbound on Sunset was turning left
(east) onto Pike. I was trackstanding northbound on Sunset waiting to
get across Pike. When I saw the police I thought about putting my foot
on the pavement, but then a gap appeared and I took it and went across.
