Richard -
Thanks for the input, I will forward this to our Traffic Signal Technicians
and ask them to check to insure it is working properly. We have been
having some trouble with that traffic signal as of late and I know they
have been working on it.
Thank for the input.

The traffic signal actuator west-bound on 9th at Pace doesn't seem to
detect bicyclists in the left turning lane. I've positioned myself all
over the lane trying to be "seen" by the video detector, but I've been
having to wait for a car to pull up to activate the green light. (I
haven't tried putting myself in the straight-through lane; only the
left-turn lane). This is typically during mid-morning -- perhaps the sun
shining into the detector is partially blinding it? If public works need
a guinea pig on a bike to help in adjusting this detector, I'd be glad
to help out.
East-bound 9th seems to work just fine. It was even activated at night
by my (puny relative to cars) 15 watts of headlights, and the light
turns green about the time I get to the intersection. Very cool.
