[BikeLongmont] stolen bike

Considering that Eastern Boulder County (including Longmont) is currently
under a Tornado Watch (http://www.crh.noaa.gov) until 8pm tonight, I would
recommend we cancel tonight's Bike Night.  Hopefully everyone will still be
able to make the Bicycle Longmont meeting at the Library at 7pm
(underground parking available!)
