[BikeLongmont] award presentation

I wanted pass along this item:

FYI
Longmont Bike Night will resume tomorrow night, hopefully the
less-than-wonderful weather will stay away. Regular meeting time: 6pm at
Roosevelt Park, route - TBD. I would suggest that it incorporate a Dairy
Queen. Just my thought.

Also, tomorrow night the City of Longmont has partnered with Tetra Tech RMC
to bring a guest lecturer to town, Dan Burden of Walkable Communities,
walkable.org. Dan will talk about collector streets and pedestrians - Can
the two coexist? The meeting will take place at 7pm in the Council Chambers
at 350 Kimbark.

I will have to bail early to attend this meeting but I hope #1 that we have
a great turn out tomorrow night and #2 that the ride continues on past 7pm.

Thanks everyone for making the first Bike Night so successful.

I'm curious who's going to be at the Bicycling
Friendly Community award presentation at 7:45
Wednesday morning at the Civic Center.

I'll be there with my camera. Who else?

I suppose I should wash and wax my bike :-)
