[BikeLongmont] Privately Owned Vehicle on city path

I'm toodling along the Rough and Ready Greenway on my
bike up by 21st Avenue and ahead of me I see a pickup
truck driving on the path. I get in the grass to allow
her to get around me and she has probably a full ton
of gravel in the bed of her full-size truck. She pulls
up to the backyard of a house, probably to unload and
do some landscaping.

Should I care?

To be honest, if a homeowner wants to the use the path
for some occasional yard work, I'm not sure it really
matters that much. What concerns me more, I guess, is
potential damage to the concrete path. Are they
engineered to hold up to 8000 lbs on two axles?
