[BikeLongmont] New Program to Consider

Here's info on a brand new program that we might want to consider being part of in future years.  The first 5 cities selected appear to be linked to bicycle manufacturers or at least larger local bike shops.  And while they're currently starting to find the individuals to participate in this year's program, my guess is that it's not too early to start inquiring about how to be a participating city for the next round.  Longmont could easily get 50 more people to win and start riding a new bike.  Terri
