FANTASTIC stuff! Let me know the cost and I'll buy the first rack in the 
name of Bicycle Longmont (if Nenad doesn't mind), using the ultra-cool 
Bicycle Longmont logo and website URL.

Can the placard include a simple diagram showing the PROPER way to lock 
up a bicycle on an inverted U?
