[BikeLongmont] bike rack sculpture

here is the "Bike Garden" that I refered to at the last meeting.  This was
done by local Boulder artists, and was quite a bit more expensive than
those that Ben showed us, but just to show everyone what can be done wwhen
bike racks meet artist!  And these ARE functional bike racks!
