Thank you very much, this was exactly what I needed. I know that not all
candidates are known yet (Matsunaka, for example, declared candidacy
only a few days ago), but there are plenty for us to start sending
questionnaires.

I'll dig through my records to get the questions we have mostly agreed
on few months ago. I'll post the questions and the cover letter to the
list next week to get any final comments from the group.
