[BikeLongmont] local and state offices coming up for election 2004

Further information: All Boulder County Commissioners are "at-large", 
and hence we'll vote for both open commissioner seats. The districts are 
only meaningful in that the commissioners must live in the district that 
they serve in. Hence I'll get information for candidates for both Districts.
