[BikeLongmont] Multi-Modal Transportation Plan Steering Committee

I just saw this on the Longmont vacancies page:

    MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN STEERING COMMITTEE
    Two (2) terms ending with completion of the project (expected in
    April 2005)
    Please submit letter of application with standard City application.

I don't know what it is, but I would guess it's related to this issue in 
which the city council decided at their retreat to develop a multi-modal 
transportation plan and integrate it into the LACP. I would also guess 
it has to do with the FasTracks issue that will probably be on the 
ballot this November and the great interest that our elected officials 
have shown in getting FasTracks to Longmont.
