As far as safety, are the CDOT Bicycle Safety Manuals available for the 
LBS's to distribute?

Buzz, BTW, has done a great job promoting cycling in Longmont. If I 
understand correctly, he's had a lot to do with the creation of the 
original Bicycle Task Force and also it's eventual morphing into Bicycle 
Longmont. He caters to and understands the needs of roadies, MTBers, and 
utility cyclists.
