Richard - the faces are part of an Art in Public Places project done by
local artist, Jerry Boyle. There are 112 of them out there - with a
variety of expressions. Hope you find them all as you use the path.
Thanks for the kind words on the path clearing. Our guys work hard - and
on a holiday weekend too!
Thanks - Steve

Thank you city of Longmont; you guys did a great job keeping the St
Vrain & Lefthand Greenways cleared over the weekend. I mounted my
studded tire on the front and the only places I need it are on the
streets!
I've been meaning to ask a question about the Lefthand Greenway:
What's with those faces? The first time I saw one I thought I found a
corpse! They're kinda growing on me, but they were pretty creepy at
first.
