[BikeLongmont] paths are plowed

Thanks Steve, for responding re: 101 Faces.  They are fun and I'm glad to
hear that they're growing on you, Richard.  We should have the placque
installed soon so that people will know what they're all about.

I ditto what Richard said re: the paths as I did get to ride yesterday
(monday) to the museum - it was awesome!  I have one concern which I've been
meaning to bring up.  On the bridge which is just north of the (new) SH119
underpass, there is a huge gap between the concrete and the metal
"connection" piece.  At one point after the path opened there was a big
orange cone there.  A mtn. bike wheel is fine but it could be a big problem
for a kid on roller blades or scooter with littler wheels.  Just an FYI.

Thanks - and keep your eyes out - one more greenway art project still to be
installed (hopefully) this year.  Safe riding to all!
