[BikeLongmont] Safeway removed bike racks

Safeway at Pace & 17th removed their  bike racks Friday evening. 
Saturday, I saw three cyclists in front of Safeway trying to figure out 
where to lock their bikes.

When I visit that Safeway, it's not at all unusual for the bike racks to 
be full of bikes and trailers. Most of their customers live within two 
miles of the store, and many residents bike to that Safeway.

I called the store manager. He indicated the bike racks will be 
replaced, but he doesn't know when.

If anybody else would like to comment to Safeway about their lack of 
bike parking, feel free to call them at 303-485-9500. Press '0' for 
customer service, then ask for the store manager.
