[BikeLongmont] Meeting Room

Hello all .

 

I checked with Deana Brown who is the meeting room coordinator at the
Justice Center.  Unfortunately, they have exactly the same policy as the
library - only can reserve one month in advance.  And, they already have
someone using the room on Tuesday 9 November.   So it would appear that
there would be no advantage to this location over the library.  Only
possibility would be if they have different rules for City of Longmont
employees - Len, could you check on this?

 

Good news is that we are already "booked" for 9 Nov at the Library, so still
have some time to consider options.  All ideas welcome.
