[BikeLongmont] Meeting Place

Hello all .

 

I checked on the policy at the Fire Station community rooms as a possible
meeting place.  The one over here on the West side on Airport Road is quite
nice and there are others that are more centrally located.  Unfortunately,
this doesn't look like a good fit for us.  They would be free for our
non-profit community oriented group, but they want a $100 security deposit
each time.  Also have to reserve each time (45 day advance) like at the
library.   Their policy states that they are intended for "one time" type of
use rather than for recurring monthly meetings.  So we can cross that option
off of our list.

 

Len from the City has also been doing some checking, but so far the best
either of us has found is the Library or Justice Center with their need for
a new reservation each month.
