[BikeLongmont] Sept and October meetings

Yes, the September meeting has been cancelled.

 

We want to move the meetings to Tuesday, but in October the Library was
completely booked up on Tuesday.  They had our normal slot available on Wed,
so I reserved that.  They also had some time open on Thursday.  Nenad is
away and out of Email range.  The ultimate decision will be his when he
returns, but the October meeting could still be on the 2nd Wednesday with
the hope of moving to another day in subsequent months.  

 

The library only allows us to reserve the room on a month-by-month basis, so
it is difficult to "lock in" a permanent day on a continual basis.  I may
talk with the library to see if their policy might be more flexible.
