I hope nobody minds, but I've created a first draft of
the support letter that Steve asked for. You can read

Let me know what you think. I'm not entirely pleased
with the passive voice of this letter, but I'm not
quite sure how to fix that. Let me know if you think
anything is too off-the-wall also. If there's stuff
that can be added or reworded, don't be shy.
