[BikeLongmont] St. Vrain Greenway Phase 7 grant support

It would be really good if we could contribute a supporting letter to
the City's proposal. I really like the draft Richard made (you can find
it at http://www.masoner.net/bike/gocoletter.php).

Let's use Richard's draft as a reference. If you have any suggestions
for changes, please send email to the list - just email to
bike at bicyclelongmont.org in case you've never done it. We meet on
Wednesday, October 13, so please post your suggestions no later than
Monday, October 11, so Richard has time to edit and everyone has time to
think it all through. We should plan to decide on the final text in the
meeting.
