Hi Jack,
Thanks for your response and your support. I agree that stopping
before pedaling a crosswalk
would be reasonable. The high speed cyclist should be on the street
anyway, not the sidewalk.
I will copy our longmont bicycle advocacy group email list. Many of
them live in your district as
well and would be interested to hear your position.
