[BikeLongmont] found a neat shortcut

For those who live around Pace St and want to get to Ken Pratt,
there's a shortcut to avoid the whole 3rd Ave/SH119 area.
* Southbound on Pace to 3rd Avenue.
* Go completely across 3rd as if you're making a left turn/eastbound on 3rd.
* Almost directly across from Pace on 3rd, there's a tree. Where that
tree is, there's an opening in the fence to a ditch road going
southeast.
* Follow the ditch road. It will take you next to a pumphouse and put
you onto Rogers Road.
* Go left (east) on Rogers Road to the intersection with Sugar Mill Road.
* Turn right (west) on Sugar Mill Road.
* Turn left (south) onto 119th Street. Ride the short distance to Ken
Pratt Blvd.
I've also tried riding along the railroad tracks from the Fox Hill
area and under 3rd Ave to the Sugar Mill area. That's way too bumpy to
be much fun, and I'm paranoid about being smacked by a train. A lot of
the, umm, artistic talent in Longmont seems to congregate under the
3rd Ave viaduct.
