[BikeLongmont] Arrest made in cyclist's death

This is the kid who ran over Scott Kornfield:

 "Chandler Thorpe was arrested Monday on suspicion of criminally negligent 
homicide and careless driving resulting in death. The arrest came after an 
eight-week investigation by the Colorado State Patrol.

"The homicide charge is a felony, punishable by up to two years in a 
juvenile corrections facility. 

"The careless driving charge is a traffic offense that does not differ 
whether the defendant is a juvenile or adult. Possible penalties for the 
misdemeanor range from six to 18 months in jail and fines up to $5,000.
