[BikeLongmont] Emery Street vacation request

The City Council will consider Longmont Food's request to vacate Emery
Street between 1st & 2nd Avenues on March 22. If Council grants this
request, this portion of Emery Street will become private property.
This is the short section of Emery that is next to the turkey factory
and is used for parking and access of turkey delivery trucks.

I occasionally use this section of Emery by bike and car. I'm not sure
I'd consider it a huge loss to lose this street, but I'm curious how
others feel.
