[BikeLongmont] Bike mentor program

Hi Terri,

The Bike Mentor program is for adult commuters.The plan is to actively
promote this during the lead up to Colorado Bike Month and Bike To
Work Day. For some more details about bike mentor programs in general,

For bicycling education in schools, Buzz and Lauren are taking the
lead on this. They're starting at Spangler Elementary with a pilot
"Safe Routes" program that coincides with Colorado Earth Day. The hope
is to expand this other Longmont schools, especially after Safe Routes
funding becomes available. I'm excited about this program.
