[BikeLongmont] Emery street permanent closure

When is the meeting tonight? My wife and I just joined the list a couple
months ago, but have had something going on the couple previous times.
This proposal would definitely be a problem as thats exactly the route we
use each time we go to downtown longmont, and not the other routes for
precisely the reasons mentioned below.
