[BikeLongmont] BL May meeting and Emery closure position paper

I'm a cyclist who routinely using Emery to go from my house to downtown Longmont. Yesterday, I used it to get to the library. In the past I've used it to get to three meetings with the Longmont Mayor. If Longmont want to close Emery, it should prohibit parking on Main St. so that cyclists can have a route.
